Leftovers for lunch - Thursday, May 13th

Baked Salmon Last night I baked salmon, drizzled with olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning. Perfect leftovers for lunch along with long grain wild rice, spinach, mandarin oranges and parmesan cheese.

Weight Watchers Points Values:

3 - 2 oz Baked Salmon
1 - 1/4 cup Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice
0 - spinach
1 - 1/2 serv. Mandarin Oranges / Parmesan Cheese (sprinkle)
1 - Sugar Free Jello pudding - Milk Chocolate Bliss
