McCormick Seasoning, "Italian Herb Chicken"&lt;br /&gt;1 box Barilla Plus Penne - multigrain pasta w/ Omega 3&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Place chicken and mushrooms in slow cooker.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Mix seasoning, tomatoes, and tomato paste until blended.  Pour over chicken and mushrooms (*I do not add mushrooms in mine).  Cover.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Add Penne pasta to boiling water and boil for 11 minutes.  In the meanwhile shred chicken with fork.  Drain pasta and add to slow cooker.
